What went well? Everything. The hotel hosted my daughters wedding party. We stayed a few days before and after. There is absolutely nothing they could have done better. Food-Excellent. Breakfast-Excellent. Staff-Excellent and so accommodating. The catering staff knocked it out of the park. Facilities-Excellent. Spa-Excellent. I am difficult to please and this property has made me a life-long customer. Thank you! If I have to find one thing to improve on... Maybe a couple more flavors of lody :)

We liked the riverside location with a lovely view from our room. The restaurant is excellent and our waiter Michael was a delight. The outdoor terrace was lush with nice view and great ambiance. I had Caesar Salad which was the best I’ve ever seen. Fresh with warm chicken. …and all of this at 9:30 at night. The rooms were cozy and quiet. Great shower. Now I feel like I’m OTT but we’ll be back!!!

First we got a room facing the street but it was too loud, especially when a tram passes. Fortunately, the receptionist offered us a quieter room on the other side of the building. The wellness area is very good with heated seats and dry sauna.

This place was literally perfect. Everything from the colours and design, to the staff, to the breakfast, their humble patience and the love we felt. The food was great too and the location was wonderful. Breakfast on the balcony facing the river was a beautiful bonus and I look forward very much to visit again.

This hotel was set overlooking the river with a lovely view, the room was spacious, modern and comfortable especially the bed. Staff could not do enough for us and were so pleasant and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and could not fault it. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again.

Nice location, take a room with river view and balcony, big, comfortable rooms. Walking to the city center takes about 20 - 30 minutes along the river, very quiet location for rooms facing the river.

Lovely boutique style hotel. right on the river front with a short walk to the city centre. Food was lovely and spa on site. Overall a lovely stay. nice balcony in the restaurant overlooking the river.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast, stuff was very kind. There are two really good restaurants in the hotel. There is underground parking in the hotel. (additional changes). Hardly recommend to stay

Superb breakfast. Stunning view of the river. Super quiet location not too far from the city. Nice to go for morning walks along the river.

Stayed 3 nights had 2 rooms. Hotel proved to be above expectations. Breakfast was of course influenced by covid era parameters as there were very few guests but it was still really very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and river view is amasing. Easy low cost transport to old town by tram.
